About the Role
Highborn Global is recruiting a caring, energetic, and reliable Nanny on behalf of a warm and welcoming family based in Hale Barns.
The family has two young children (aged 19 months and 4 years) and is looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting their daily routines and development.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and passionate about childcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities to support child development
- Prepare breakfast and help children get ready for the day
- Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Prepare healthy meals for the children
- Support bedtime routines, including bathing and settling
- Carry out light household duties such as laundry and tidying
- Ensure a safe, caring, and structured environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a nanny or childcare role
- Energetic, positive, and caring personality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
- Reliable with excellent references (background checks required)
- Passion for working with young children
Working Pattern
The role includes a combination of full and split shifts:
- Two full days per week: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Three split days: 7:00am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 7:00pm
(Monday to Friday)
