We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Euxton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning through an uncapped commission structure.
Whether you’re experienced in sales or looking to start a new career, full training will be provided to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Convert warm leads into successful sales through face-to-face customer visits.
- Generate new business by canvassing residential and commercial areas.
- Conduct security surveys and recommend solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work towards individual sales targets while representing the company professionally.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service and sales.
- Confidence when speaking with potential customers.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided.
- A full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle during the first few months of employment.
