We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or develop your career in hospitality within one of the UK’s most recognised restaurant groups.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep kitchen work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Receive and store deliveries correctly.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation, including peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure cleaning products and kitchen supplies are fully stocked.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and remain on your feet during shifts.
- Understanding of health and safety practices.
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
