What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit begins with a warm welcome and ends with a memorable farewell. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Managing reservations and providing information about the restaurant and daily specials.
- Communicating guest requests and dietary or allergen information accurately to the kitchen team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the front-of-house team.
