Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
- Promote independence by following individual care plans tailored to each person’s needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns or changes in clients’ conditions.
- Assist with light household duties to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work.
- Previous experience in home care or a care home is desirable but not essential.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic IT skills for completing care documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable approach with a genuine passion for supporting others.
