About the Role
Rosewood London is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a world-class luxury hotel, where delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and suites are presented to an outstanding luxury standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, service, and refresh guest bedrooms and luxury suites to the highest standards.
- Attend daily morning briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Prepare housekeeping trolleys and pantries with the supplies required for each shift.
- Manage your allocated rooms efficiently and update progress using the hotel’s communication system.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
