💷 Pay: Up to £15.50 per hour (including TRONC tips)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (35–40 hours per week)

Proove West Didsbury is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join its kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong pizza-making skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a leadership role with opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pizza dough to a high standard.
• Organise and complete food preparation before service.
• Lead and support the kitchen team during busy shifts.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines.
• Help train, motivate, and develop team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza production.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
