About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Barista to join our friendly café team in Primrose Hill. If you enjoy creating exceptional coffee, delivering outstanding customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and a variety of beverages.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully sanitised workstation.
- Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with supervising team members when required.
- Report directly to the Café Manager.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous barista experience, preferably in a busy café environment.
- Be confident working efficiently during peak service periods.
- Be friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Be organised, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be capable of supporting and guiding other team members.
