- Age 21 and over: £12.71 per hour + personal sales commission

About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers find the perfect products for their home improvement projects while delivering exceptional service. You’ll develop valuable sales skills, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of the store.
No previous retail or tile industry experience is required—full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their purchases.
- Provide expert advice and recommend suitable products.
- Build lasting relationships with trade and retail customers.
- Process sales and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Help maintain attractive product displays and a tidy store.
- Handle stock deliveries and assist with lifting and moving tile products.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

- Comfortable handling and lifting boxes of tiles.
