Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages while maintaining high food safety standards.
- Recommend menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Keep the dining area clean, organised, and ready for incoming guests.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and provide outstanding service.
