Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a part-time position during term time, with additional deep-cleaning hours available during the six-week school holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum classrooms and other areas.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Restock essential cleaning supplies, including soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Report damage, maintenance issues, or repair requirements to management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school.
- Work efficiently while following health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Commercial cleaning experience is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift as required.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- English language skills preferred.

- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Term time only
- 20 hours of deep cleaning during the six-week school holidays
