Java is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Birmingham. We take pride in serving great coffee and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing pastries, snacks, and other food items.
- Keep the coffee shop clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain excellent service.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic maths and cash-handling ability.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety.
- A positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
- A genuine passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
