Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering effective learning activities.
- Provide individual and small-group support to pupils when required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils to participate confidently in learning.
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.
- Support pupils’ educational, social, and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other members of the school community.
- Follow school policies and contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment.
