About the Role
Leigh Academy Longfield is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its supportive and inclusive school community.
You will work directly with students, providing individual and group support to help them access learning, overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You may work in the classroom, support small groups or deliver targeted learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students in the classroom.
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning.
- Deliver appropriate learning interventions.
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students’ academic, personal and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of staff.
