We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering a welcoming experience for hotel guests.
🧹 Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Clean and maintain hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard.
- Ensure bedrooms meet the company’s required brand and cleanliness standards.
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready on time for arriving guests.
- Liaise with linen porters regarding linen and cleaning equipment requirements.
- Use, clean and maintain all cleaning equipment correctly.
- Replenish housekeeping trolleys and storerooms daily.
- Complete scheduled weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Carry out deep-cleaning duties when required.
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
