What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of our bar team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Take customer orders and offer recommendations when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash and card payments using the POS system
- Verify customer identification in line with licensing regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and venue
- Restock beverages, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts
- Support venue setup and close-down procedures
- Assist with table service and floor duties during busy periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ bar experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Availability to work weekends on a regular basis
- Ability to commute to Hackney Wick, East London
