You’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience and helping customers find the perfect eyewear.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations
- Stay updated on eyewear trends and product knowledge
- Support sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
- Handle transactions and assist with stock and basic admin tasks
