Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and accurately take food and beverage orders
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drinks
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
- Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with restaurant preparation before service and closing duties afterward
- Clean and reset tables promptly for incoming guests
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
