🔑 Role Overview
You’ll handle all cash desk operations inside the casino, including chip exchanges, payouts, transactions, and financial record keeping. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong customer service are essential.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Processing chip-to-cash exchanges and customer payouts
- Handling debit card transactions, ATMs, and ticket redemptions
- Maintaining accurate financial and accounting records
- Following gaming regulations and AML (anti-money laundering) rules
- Supporting cash counts and secure handling of funds
- Delivering excellent customer service on the casino floor
- Reporting any suspicious activity or irregularities
