As a Shipper Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by ensuring compliance with quality standards, auditing key processes, and driving continuous improvement across our shipping network.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders while contributing directly to the performance and reliability of one of the world’s most advanced logistics networks.
Please note: This role requires regular travel to operational sites multiple times each week. Working hours may vary depending on business requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular audits and achieve established quality targets.
- Monitor compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Analyse audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Create, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce and contribute to weekly Network Quality reports.
- Investigate operational trends and performance data.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to validate findings and identify root causes.
- Support decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
- Resolve operational issues proactively and efficiently.
- Escalate customer and driver concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to improve service outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work independently on projects aimed at improving operational performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and drive business improvements.
A Typical Day
As a Shipper Compliance Specialist, you will act as a key link between Shipping with Amazon and external customers. Your day may involve reviewing audit data, investigating operational issues, analysing performance trends, supporting stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience communicating effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- English language proficiency at CEFR B2/C1 level or equivalent.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory processes.
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance standards and regulations.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies or compliance frameworks.
- Experience implementing corrective action plans and process improvements.
