About the Role
Bespak is looking for Warehouse Operators to join their team at the Holmes Chapel site. This is a 6-month temporary opportunity offering competitive pay and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly—supporting production, managing stock, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
⏰ Working Hours
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(Alternating weekly shifts)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Maintain inventory records and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and SOPs
- Conduct routine equipment and facility checks
- Transport materials across site when required

- Basic Maths and English skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong focus on health & safety
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
