Overview
We are looking for a professional, organised, and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with experience in office administration or clerical work who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls using proper etiquette
- Manage incoming emails, messages, and correspondence efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document organisation
- Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and data entry tasks is an advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
