Office Assistant (Part-Time) – Greenwich, SE10, London

Pay:

  • £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Job Type:

  • Part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week, may include Saturdays)
  • Permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle general enquiries
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support
  • Manage emails, web enquiries, and social media platforms
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Prepare basic correspondence, letters, and reports
  • Handle post, deliveries, and outgoing mail
  • Assist with bookings, appointments, and scheduling
  • Support engineers with job allocations and admin tasks
  • Process customer feedback, invoices, and card payments
  • Maintain records using office systems and software

Requirements:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) required
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Must be based in or near Greenwich (SE10)
  • Right to work in the UK preferred
