About the Role:
This position involves cleaning a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces within a working farm setting. You’ll be responsible for keeping facilities tidy and hygienic while working independently in a calm, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising)
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, and shared facilities
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Restocking cleaning supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual with good organisation skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to handle physical tasks (walking, lifting, bending)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable around animals
