About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and confidently promote the brand and its products
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Ensure store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
  • Assist with loss prevention and report any concerns to management

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience (3–6 months) in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic numeracy and English literacy skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
