Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver excellent customer service and confidently promote the brand and its products
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Ensure store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Assist with loss prevention and report any concerns to management
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience (3–6 months) in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and English literacy skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
