About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our rooms, apartments, and shared areas are kept clean, organised, and welcoming for guests and residents. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional housekeeping standards across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, apartments, and communal areas to a high standard
- Ensure all spaces are tidy, hygienic, and presentation-ready at all times
- Follow company cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to management
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Refill guest amenities and housekeeping supplies when needed
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide a professional and friendly approach when interacting with guests and residents
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic spoken English required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK/EU (where applicable)
