We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hotel housekeeping experience who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering excellent guest service.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard, helping create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and communal areas to company standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and make beds neatly
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitise surfaces
- Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow health and safety cleaning procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous hotel room attendant or housekeeping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English language skills preferred
- Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience preferred
