We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join a supportive care team assisting a young lady with complex health needs who lives at home with her family in Denton.

About the Role
You will provide person-centred support with daily routines, clinical care, emotional wellbeing, and community activities. The role involves working as part of a 2:1 support team to help maintain a safe, positive, and enjoyable lifestyle for the individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with personal care and daily living activities
- Assist with clinical and health-related routines
- Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
- Support community access and social activities
- Follow care plans and health & safety procedures
- Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals
Training & Support Provided
Experience with the following is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided:
- Non-invasive ventilator support
- Cough assist
- Suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Moving & handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous care experience required
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
- Willingness to attend mandatory training
- English language required
- UK work authorisation required
- Driving licence preferred
- DBS check required before starting
