About the Role
G4S Cash Solutions, part of Allied Universal, is a global leader in secure logistics and cash management services. We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team in Bloxwich.
As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in the secure transportation of cash and valuables between customer locations, cash centres, and secure facilities. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections within designated timeframes.
- Safely transport cash and valuable items while following strict security procedures.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or security concerns.
- Load and unload consignments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow emergency and security protocols when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-issued uniform and PPE.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and the public.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career progression.
- Support operational requirements and undertake additional duties as needed.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting rate: £14.87 per hour
- Increase to £15.17 per hour after 6 months
- Increase to £15.47 per hour after 12 months

Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines
- Customer-focused and security-conscious approach
- Physical fitness to lift and transport heavy items
- Previous driving experience is desirable but not essential
- Basic IT and computer skills are advantageous
Security & Compliance Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Pass a criminal record, credit, and identity check
- Provide a verifiable 10-year employment, education, or unemployment history
- Undergo airport-style security searches when entering and leaving secure premises
- Complete a medical assessment if required
- Hold an SIA licence (desirable but not essential)
