About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to support a young woman living independently in Warwick. This is a highly personal 1:1 support role focused on promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence.
You’ll be working closely with her in both her home and community, providing meaningful companionship and tailored support based on her daily needs and interests.
Working Pattern
- Monday & Wednesday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 14:30 – 18:00
- Flexible part-time and full-time hours available
About the Person You’ll Support
She is creative, thoughtful, and enjoys expressing herself through her interests, including:
- Creative arts and drawing
- Film, especially thrillers and fantasy
- Graphic novels and illustrated storytelling
- Superhero and pop culture franchises
- Alternative and gothic-inspired themes
A shared interest or genuine curiosity in these areas would be a great advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 personalised care and companionship
- Support daily routines and promote independence
- Encourage engagement in hobbies and community activities
- Offer emotional support in a respectful and patient manner
- Assist with wellbeing, safety, and social interaction

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable supporting someone with autism and epilepsy (training provided)
- Able to travel to Warwick or based locally
