As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the store—helping customers find the right products, keeping stock organised, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending products
- Provide quick, friendly, and helpful in-store service
- Support warehouse operations including deliveries and stock management
- Maintain high standards across the shop floor and storage areas
- Work closely with the team to keep the store running efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer experiences every day
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Willingness to learn (no previous retail experience required)
