About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Part-Time Bar Assistant to join our lively hospitality team. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while delivering excellent service and supporting smooth daily bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Welcome guests warmly and take accurate orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Restock bar supplies during busy service periods
- Handle cash and card payments accurately using the till system
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or a bar environment is preferred (training may be provided)
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (advantageous)
- Confident in handling cash and customer transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good organisational and basic numeracy skills
