About the Role
Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Shipper Compliance Specialist to join its Shipping with Amazon (SWA) team. In this role, you will help maintain high service standards by auditing operations, monitoring compliance, analyzing performance data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Please note: This role requires regular travel to operational sites multiple times per week, with flexibility to work according to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Auditing
- Conduct regular audits and achieve established compliance targets.
- Review operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where required.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce and contribute to weekly network quality and compliance reports.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Investigate issues and validate findings through detailed data analysis.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and measure outcomes.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
- Escalate customer and driver concerns to appropriate departments.
- Support issue resolution by researching information through internal systems.
- Build strong working relationships across teams to improve service delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Work independently on projects to identify operational challenges.
- Support initiatives that enhance compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive process improvements across the network.

Essential Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree
✔ Experience in data-driven business operations or process management
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
✔ Experience working with regulatory compliance frameworks
✔ Experience implementing corrective action programs
✔ Background in quality assurance, auditing, or operational compliance
