About the Role
Oasis Academy Aspinal is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting pupils in a positive and engaging learning environment where reading and academic development are at the heart of the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Assist pupils with their educational and personal development
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning outcomes
- Contribute to the wellbeing and progress of all pupils
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting children’s learning and development
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and pre-employment screening
