About the Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is launching an exciting new flagship retail destination on Oxford Street — the official Harry Potter Shop, designed to deliver a world-class immersive shopping experience for fans from around the world.
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Assistants to join the team and help bring this magical store to life.
In this role, you will be the face of the store, delivering outstanding service, engaging with customers, and ensuring the shopfloor runs smoothly during busy trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, welcoming, and engaging customer service
- Create memorable in-store experiences for visitors
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers with purchases
- Maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness
- Replenish stock and ensure product availability
- Support stock processing, deliveries, and back-of-house operations
- Work efficiently during peak times while maintaining attention to detail
- Follow all health & safety, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures
About You
- Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences
- Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working across shopfloor and stockroom areas
- Retail experience is an advantage but not essential — full training provided

Working Pattern
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
- 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays
- Shifts between 7:00am – 10:00pm
- Onsite role in central London
