👨👩👧 About the Role
We are recruiting Passenger Assistants (and PCO drivers) to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) school transport across South West London.
The role involves helping children and young people travel safely between home and school, ensuring a caring, reliable and supportive journey every day.
🚐 Key Responsibilities
- Safely assist children during school transport journeys
- Support morning and afternoon school runs
- Ensure passengers are secure and comfortable at all times
- Work alongside drivers on assigned routes
- Maintain punctual pick-up and drop-off times
- Follow safeguarding and transport safety procedures

This service ensures children with SEN needs receive safe, consistent transport so they can access education with confidence and dignity, just like their peers.
