About the Role
Pomme D’Or Hotel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join its housekeeping team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating clean, welcoming spaces and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
You will help maintain the hotel’s high standards by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, and the linen room are clean, organised, and ready for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including restaurants and bars.
- Support the upkeep of employee areas and the linen room.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
- Ensure excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Work as part of the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Well-organised, reliable, and energetic.
- Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- CV and references are required.
- Five years’ residency is not required for this position.
