About the Role
DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington is seeking a dedicated and reliable Room Attendant to join its housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, your duties will include:
- Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Vacuuming guest rooms and hotel corridors.
- Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities.
- Carrying out scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
- Maintaining and restocking the housekeeping trolley.
- Reporting damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensuring housekeeping equipment is safe and in good working order.
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Following health and safety, fire, and hotel security procedures.
- Handling lost property in accordance with hotel policies.
- Disposing of waste responsibly and supporting environmental initiatives.
- Working closely with colleagues and assisting other departments when required.
