Your Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly by:
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently during and after service
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with general kitchen cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Supporting chefs with basic food and ingredient preparation when required
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Helping the team maintain the highest cleanliness standards, including achieving and retaining a 5-star food hygiene rating
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service

- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
