About the Role
Pyramid Plus, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, is looking for a Planner to join its team in Ealing. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while coordinating repairs and maintenance services for residents.
Key Responsibilities
As a Planner, you will:
- Schedule and allocate repair requests to operatives for maximum efficiency.
- Manage operatives’ daily diaries across designated geographical areas.
- Coordinate emergency and urgent repair requests to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with operatives and supervisors to arrange follow-on repair work.
- Provide support to colleagues on responsive repairs queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous repairs planning or scheduling experience (preferred).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in social housing, customer service, or a call centre environment (desirable).
