The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team. You will play an important role in delivering outstanding beverage service while creating memorable experiences for every guest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
- Recommend drinks confidently using your knowledge of the beverage menu.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar.
- Assist with stock control, bar preparation, and inventory management.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Four Seasons’ standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality.
Requirements
- At least one year of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or premium bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
