About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our award-winning catering team. If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional coffee, delivering outstanding customer service, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Barista, you will prepare high-quality hot beverages, serve customers with professionalism, and help maintain a welcoming coffee bar experience while supporting the daily operations of the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Handle cash and operate tills accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic workstations.
- Ensure food and beverage displays are fully stocked and attractively presented.
- Monitor stock levels and follow stock rotation procedures.
- Respond confidently to customer requests, including dietary and food allergy requirements.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous Barista or customer service experience is preferred.
- Confidence in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
