Key Responsibilities
- Support the pastry team during busy service periods while maintaining a positive and productive kitchen environment.
- Independently manage your designated pastry section with confidence and efficiency.
- Remain calm and focused under pressure during high-volume service.
- Prepare and present desserts to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Demonstrate passion, commitment, and attention to detail on every shift.
- Contribute innovative ideas and continuously develop your culinary skills by learning new techniques.
- Mentor and support junior chefs, helping them develop their knowledge and confidence.
