About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join the team at SMITHS, a vibrant restaurant and bar located in the heart of the City of London. Spread across four unique floors, including a stylish rooftop bar, private dining rooms, and a spacious grill restaurant, SMITHS offers an exciting and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean, organised, and presentable.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to provide a smooth dining experience.
- Handle customer requests professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
