About the Role
As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking KFC’s famous chicken to the highest quality standards. Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll ensure every meal is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while supporting your teammates throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to KFC recipes and procedures.
- Ensure food is cooked to the highest quality and served fresh.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain stock levels during service.
- Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean, organised, and sanitised.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
