About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in accordance with road laws and company policies.
- Load and unload parcels carefully, including handling heavier items when required.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver packages to customers professionally and courteously.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery where required.
- Complete delivery records and vehicle safety checks accurately.
- Communicate with the dispatch team about delivery progress and any issues.
- Follow all health, safety, and vehicle-handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is preferred.
- Valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle being operated.
- Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations.
- Strong organisational and route-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform manual handling and lift parcels safely.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
