About the Role
WGC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at The Shepherd Mayfair in central London.
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants who are looking for a new challenge and are keen to develop their skills and build a career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to the required hotel standards.
- Replenish linen, towels and guest supplies.
- Help provide a welcoming and high-quality guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues and other faults to the Head Housekeeper.
- Handle and report lost property in accordance with company procedures.
- Check that appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and functioning correctly.
- Follow all relevant health, safety and hotel procedures.
- Support the wider housekeeping team with the day-to-day running of the department.
