Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM

About the Family
A warm and caring family in Muswell Hill is looking for an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Nanny to care for their 2-year-old son.
The ideal candidate will create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment while supporting the child’s development through play, learning, and age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-time care for a 2-year-old child.
- Assist with diapering, dressing, and potty training.
- Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals.
- Keep the child’s play areas clean and organised.
- Plan and provide age-appropriate activities.
- Read books, sing songs, and engage in interactive play.
- Take the child to parks, playgroups, and other child-friendly activities.
- Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Provide regular updates to the parents about the child’s activities and development.
Supporting Child Development
The nanny will help encourage:
- Gross motor skills: Walking, running, climbing, jumping, outdoor play, ball games, and movement activities.
- Fine motor skills: Puzzles, building blocks, drawing, and arts and crafts.
- Language development: Reading, singing, conversations, and introducing new vocabulary.
- Cognitive development: Problem-solving games, creative activities, exploration, and age-appropriate toys.
- Social and emotional development: Helping the child understand emotions, sharing, taking turns, and interacting positively with others.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with toddlers preferred.
- NVQ Level 2 in Childcare is preferred.
- Current infant/child First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Energetic, positive, and genuinely passionate about childcare.
- Excellent references from previous families.
- DBS check completed within the last year or registered on the DBS Update Service.
