About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across guest rooms. Your work ensures every guest enjoys a welcoming and luxurious stay that reflects the excellence of Four Seasons.
You will be part of a professional housekeeping team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury hotel standards
- Maintain bathrooms, beds, floors, and amenities with great attention to detail
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Report maintenance issues and lost property accurately
- Keep housekeeping areas and trolleys clean and organised
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Uphold the brand’s high standards of service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required (full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Right to work in the UK
