About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are well presented
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
- Process customer purchases accurately at the checkout
- Support stock management and merchandising activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
